The Regions make up a National Organization headed by a Church Council. The Church Council is composed of members selected from the Regional Teams and Founding Members and is in charge of policy making and external relations. The Executive Board, which is appointed from a pool of experienced and senior members of the organization, supervises the Ministry Coordinator in charge of Ministry Services, and the General Secretary in charge of Social Ministry and general administration to ensure the effective implementation of policies passed by the Church Council. Christ’s Disciples is a lay ministry consisting of the five ministry gifts, namely, apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. (Ephesians 4:11-13)
“11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. ”
